Conditions of participation for mosaic courses in the Mos.Art Atelier

With the transfer of the course fee, the following conditions of participation are accepted.

registration

You can register by phone, email or in person, stating your name, address and telephone number.

pay

By paying the course fee, stating the course date and name, in cash or by transferring it to my account within two weeks of registration, registration for the mosaic course is binding. If payment is not made within this period, there is no entitlement to a place on the course.

Resignation of the course participant

If the course participant withdraws, a processing fee of € 15 will be charged in any case. If the course place cannot be re-booked, part or the full course fee will also be retained:

30 to 15 days before the start of the course: 40%

14 to 7 days before the start of the course: 60%

6 to 3 days before the start of the course: 80%

From 2 days before the start of the course: 100%

Failure to attend the course does not count as cancellation, in which case the course fee will not be refunded. There is no entitlement to make up for course dates that were not attended.


Resignation on the part of the course management

The course takes place with a minimum of four (4) participants. If a course cannot take place due to illness or force majeure, you will be informed immediately and if no other appointment is made, the fees already paid will be reimbursed. Further expenses on your part cannot be reimbursed.

insurance

Participation in a course is considered a personal, private leisure activity. No liability is accepted for accidents that occur at the venue or on the way there or home. Safety glasses and gloves are available and must be used.
